Peter Maddison
Co-CEO of Xodiac
Peter Maddison is the Managing Partner of Xodiac Inc. and an expert in value stream management and DevOps practices. He guides organizations in optimizing technology delivery by helping senior leaders adopt sustainable frameworks that eliminate pain points and deliver customer value quickly.
A LinkedIn Learning Instructor specializing in value stream management, Peter applies lean thinking to software development across various industries. He's recognized for his work in value stream mapping and data process optimization.
As an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the ICF and consultant at Sooner Safer Happier, Peter has been tailoring effective strategies since 2018. His focus is on solving alignment problems while ensuring teams develop powerful capabilities.
