AI is forcing everyone to do Agile (but nobody wants to admit it)

After 20 years of Agile practitioners saying "you need shorter feedback loops, focus on value delivery, adapt quickly"... organizations finally get it.
The twist? AI forced them to care.
When you can iterate and release rapidly with AI tools, you HAVE to know:

Are we building the right thing?
Does this deliver value?
Can we measure impact quickly?

Those are the questions Agile has been asking since 2001.
The irony? Nobody wants to call it Agile anymore. But they're doing exactly what Agile preached.
Sometimes the transformation happens when you stop using the buzzword.
