For over two decades, he has helped organizations integrate user-centered principles into their product development cycles.

Nick brings unique expertise in developer-centric experiences and internal tools for technical workflows, with clients including Adobe, IBM, VMware, Intel, Visa, Oracle, and Wells Fargo. An invited speaker at SigCHI, BayDUX, Xerox PARC, and Lunch@Google, he also serves as Adjunct Professor for the CCA Design Strategy MBA program and organizes the IxDA and CXPA San Francisco chapters.
